When was the last time you heard from your Agent?

One of the first question I ask a potential client is who was your last Agent? When was the last time you were contacted by phone, email, or regular mail? Many can't answer either question because there was a lack of communication.

For me Communication is key. A vital part of being a professional and always included in my standard value added level of services. I use all forms of communication to provide feedback and information for all my clients.
