Having been in customer service for 25 years as
a Electronics technician. Transitioning to Real Estate has been a easy move. I am a out going people
oriented person. Ready and willing to serve anyone in need of real-estate services.
I know the City of Mobile well and have a great insight on the city
growth. Keeping my finger on the pulse of the community. I am a
community oriented person and enjoy working with and being a member of
the Mobile Area Association Community Relation Committee. I plan to work on and continue my education in Real Estate as my time allows forÂ?continuing education classes that will earn designations.

The following is a full honest open evaluation of my personality and capabilities.
This gives you a window into who I am. This will help you determine your choice of
using my services for all of your Real Estate needs.
I am effective at building rapport and qualifying prospects to help them reach thier goals.
I have a good ability to quickly establish relationships with my potential clients
and to extract pertinent information. I gently ask the right questions to uncover
my client's motivations, needs and decision-making criteria.
I have good listening and comprehension skills. I will listen and comprehend my clients'
instructions and requirements well, and will apply this information to help them achieve thier goals.
I know and can manage the sales process well. I will move toward action in the right
way and at the right time. However, occasionally I can be assertive sometime during the
process but it is not inteneded to prevent a closing transaction.
I have good closing skills and I know how to obtain a commitment and has the ability to
make my clients feel good about the purchasing decision. I don't push my
clients.I may not display an appropriate level of influence when closing deals, either showing
too much or too little assertiveness. In those situations where the sale does not materialize,
I can handle rejection relatively well without letting this event negatively impact any future
relationship with my clients.
I have a good ability to think through and resolve problems as they arise and to process
information quickly and accurately. I have a good capacity for discovering and learning different
techniques and strategies. I stay on top of the industry’s events and developments and keep up-to-date of
new marketing strategies in order to maintain a strategic performance edge for my listings.
One way I do this is by monitoring key industry websites.
I enjoy outgoing social situations and working with other people, but I also likes to be alone
and I value my personal time. I have goals of achieving high performance as a real estate agent.
Providing the best level of service possible for all of my potential clients. Communication is
vital to me. I stay in constant contact with all my clients to insure required service levels.
I am a relatively assertive individual.I can take control of a situation, but I also try to avoid conflict.
Depending on circumstances, I can be forceful in affirming a particular opinion or a certain way of
doing things and comes across as energetic and self-confident. In sales interactions, I have the ability
to influence and direct the buying decision, but not to the point of appearing pushy or demanding.
However, at other times, I will react more passively, and take time to formulate thoughts before
speaking, at times I prefer to leave control to others.
I am driven to achieve success and I have a good sense for what it takes to reach self established goals.
However, while I am concerned with the goal of career advancement, sometimes I gets distracted by
other tasks and activities. Also, I occasionally feel doubt regarding the ability to achieve some of
the more ambitious goals. From a career perspective, I can improve my performance by learning to focus
energy and resources on accomplishing the most important goal(s).
In terms of dependability I will not let you down. I am well organized, relatively dependable, reasonably
reliable, and fairly persistent. However, I sometimes finds it difficult to focus on the job at hand, and
may set work aside in favor of other activities. Also, I may not always effectively utilize the
time and resources to keep organized and may tend to respond to situations as they arise (i.e., schedule
changes, interruptions, etc.). Consequently, sometimes lose perspective on priorities and may fail to make
the most of the lead generation efforts and follow-up thoroughly with prospects, which ultimately result
in missed sales opportunities. I am working on prioritizing my workload and keeping to the agenda,
such as periodic reminders of specific tasks requiring attention.
I have normal emotional resilience. I am generally calm and able to deal with stress well. On occasion,
I may experience feelings of anger, sadness, and anxiety, but does not excessively focus on these emotions
and manages to bounce back fairly quickly. Also, while I consider potentially negative outcomes of
various actions, I will not dwell on things that might go wrong. Nevertheless, given the emotionally
challenging nature of a career in real estate sales, I have a strong personal support
system and continuous encouragement from within my brokerage environment. I use all avaliable
techniques, for dealing with adverse situations and finding solutions.
